About Molly and her style of yoga:
Molly created Wellness With Molly to mindfully empower people through yoga, meditation and coaching. She has been doing yoga for 10 years and got her Yoga Teacher Training in France. Her style ranges from restorative to vinyasa and also teaches guided meditation.
Molly has been using the healing powers of CBD for two years. She mixes a tincture in with her tea in the morning and uses a body balm at night to ease back pain.
