During my mindfulness journey, I have discovered the amazing ways that I’ve grown. I am more in tune with my authentic voice and feel empowered to make decisions that are aligned with my desires.
As a Yoga and Meditation teacher as well as a Reiki practitioner, we will collaborate to curate a workshop, one-on-one, or retreat that fits your needs.
