Together, we will help you develop a Mindfulness practice as well as build a deep relationship with resilience. You will take actionable steps to cultivate a strong inner voice and be empowered to show up intentionally and with love.

This program is for those who wish to cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves, shift from a comparison mindset and live more intentionally.
I started using Mindfulness for my own healing 15 years ago, and I gain new skills for my toolbox even after all this time. I’m always growing, learning and deepening my practice. Throughout my journey, I’ve been able to step into my authentic self and able to give back to my community.

Mindfulness Sessions (Set of 6)
Enjoy 6 one hour sessions curated to inspire you to take intentional steps towards living more mindfully. These sessions are created to help you grow your mindfulness practice and learn more about yourself. Each week we will focus on a topic that aligns with your intentions , during this session you will be empowered to add new techniques to your routine to create a fulfilling Mindfulness practice. Our practice grows and changes along with us, wherever you are in your journey - it’s always a good time to gain more clarity and set new intentions for a deeper practice.
Follow-up + Actionable Steps
After each session, I will send you an email outlining your actionable steps, questions to reflect on for next session, and mindfulness practices to add to your toolbox.
Mindfulness Journal
Curated mindfulness workbook to help you track progress, follow through with your actions and reflect.
All sessions can include Meditation. Reiki, and/or Yoga.
