3 Steps to Set Mindful Goals

Shifting your mindset takes some practice - here are 3 steps to get you started with developing a mindful path to your goals.

  1. What is your vision - what story do you want to tell? This question is guiding you to think about what story you’re telling now and how you’d like to shift it.

  2. What are your actionable steps? Take time to write out how you want to make this story a reality - actionable steps are bite-sized ways to help you get there. You can start with weekly actionable steps for one month, then actionable steps for each month for a quarter, then from each quarter to the whole year. Break it down so that it is attainable and you stay on track.

  3. What thoughts are feeding your actions? Pause to think about what is driving you towards this change and remember that your story that you’re telling yourself can shift with a growth mindset. Take this quiz to find out if you have a growth mindset
