Join Molly Black, founder of Wellness With Molly, to learn meditation and de-stress techniques you can use at your 9-5 in order to enhance creativity and productivity! 

During the workshops, Molly will lead a guided meditation and yin yoga session. Students can expect to leave with tangible techniques that can be used to manage the stress of everyday life.
