Join us for a Mindfulness 101 workshop as Mindfulness Coach Molly Black teaches us techniques to build your present awareness. We'll start with a Mindfulness lesson and then finish with a grounding Meditation. After this workshop, you'll have tools to anchor yourself to the present moment and feel at ease so you can practice mindfulness in your day to day experiences.
