This class utilizes the core coordination of Pilates, with the added flexibility of Yoga for a balanced practice. Join us for a fusion class curated by Molly and Alison to give you the best of both worlds. We will start with 30 min of Pilates then continue with 30 min of Yoga Flow ending with a relaxing savasana.
