5 Journal Prompts to Start Your Day Mindfully

I love a good journal prompt, they help me start my day intentionally and with a higher vibration. Studies have shown that people who start their day with journaling and intention setting are more joyful. I’ve seen a huge difference in my overall joy and ease when I regularly journal. My journaling practice takes around 5 minutes and I do it after I make some tea or coffee. While I’m enjoying my morning beverage, I sit down somewhere cozy and use at least 3 of the journal prompts to start my day mindfully. It sets my intention for the day, helps me feel more ease and it’s very meditative. I typically repeat my affirmation with one hand on my heart and one hand on the journal to make sure I’m really focusing on what I wrote and not just running on to the next thing.
